Description
A durable oil-based clear finish for interior furniture and woodwork, with a warm amber tone.
Application guide
Drying times assume about 70°F and 50% humidity. Allow longer in cool or humid conditions, and follow the current can label.
Prepare & apply
Stir and hand apply three thin coats with a natural-bristle or foam brush, pad or cloth. Wipe excess and avoid overworking the finish. Lightly sand between dry clear coats with 220–320 grit.
Drying & next coat
Allow at least 24 hours between coats on bare or newly stained wood and at least 72 hours over existing sealed finishes. Allow water-based stain at least 24 hours before this oil-based clear. Full cure takes about 30 days.
Compatibility & important tips
Use only over compatible, fully dried stains and finishes. Provide ventilation. Oil-soaked rags can ignite: immediately place used materials in a sealed, water-filled metal container and follow local disposal instructions. Never pile them up.
