Description
A professional, pigmented water-based finish for interior cabinets and millwork.
Application guide
Drying times assume about 70°F and 50% humidity. Allow longer in cool or humid conditions, and follow the current can label.
Prepare & apply
This is a spray finish. Prepare and prime with the manufacturer’s specified White Undercoat or Stain Blocker system; existing finishes require priming, and the manufacturer specifies Stain Blocker for these surfaces. Strain before spraying and follow the safety sheet for ventilation and protective equipment.
Drying & next coat
Apply three coats, allowing at least 2 hours between coats and longer when needed. Lightly sand between dry coats with 220–320 grit. Allow about 21 days for full cure.
Compatibility & important tips
White Poly is self-sealing: do not add a clear topcoat, which can cause yellowing. It is not a conventional brush-on wall or cabinet paint. Test the complete primer and finish system on your surface.
