Description
A satin, oil-based clear finish for interior wood that adds a warm amber tone.
Application guide
Drying times assume about 70°F and 50% humidity. Allow longer in cool or humid conditions, and follow the current can label.
Prepare & apply
Stir and hand apply three thin coats with a cloth, natural-bristle or foam brush, or pad. Wipe away excess and avoid heavy buildup. Lightly sand between dry clear coats with 220–320 grit; do not sand the final coat.
Drying & next coat
Allow at least 24 hours between coats on bare or newly stained wood and at least 72 hours over an existing sealed finish. Allow 30 days for full cure. Cold, humidity or heavy coats extend drying.
Compatibility & important tips
Use over a compatible, fully dried stain. Provide ventilation and follow the label for mineral-spirits cleanup. Oil-soaked rags can ignite: immediately place used materials in a sealed, water-filled metal container and follow local disposal instructions. Never pile them up.
